Refund policy

Due to the curated and personal-use nature of our care packages, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@lovinghue.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
