Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product is:

• Unopened and unused

• In its original packaging, with all contents included

• In its original, resalable condition

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Please email support@lovinghue.com with your order number and return request.

We'll provide return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not return products without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, changed circumstances or other reasons not related to a product defect or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Depending on the available return method, you may be asked to purchase return postage directly or have an agreed return shipping fee deducted from your refund. Any applicable deduction will be communicated before you proceed with the return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Damaged, Defective or Incomplete Orders

If your gift arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or with missing items, please contact us at support@lovinghue.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and photographs, if available.

We'll review the situation and work with you to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less any return shipping deduction agreed upon in advance.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through lovinghue.com.

For purchases made through Amazon.com, please visit Your Orders in your Amazon account to request a return or refund in accordance with Amazon's applicable policies.
