Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military addresses.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We're pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Express shipping is available for an additional charge, where offered.

Delivery estimates are based on business days and may vary depending on the destination, holidays, weather conditions and carrier delays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

The estimated delivery times above are intended to cover the overall delivery period, including order processing, rather than being added to the processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your gift's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check the recipient's shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@lovinghue.com.

We'll do our best to help, but we may be unable to change the delivery address once your order has entered fulfillment. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be returned or resent due to an incorrect address.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions or peak shopping periods.
